S&P Global Dow Jones Indices is seeking a Global Head of Core Technology and Platforms in New York to lead architecture, strategy, and delivery of critical data platforms and infrastructure. You will drive high‑throughput, low‑latency systems and oversee security, risk, and governance at scale.

The role requires 15+ years of leadership in engineering, a record of transforming large organizations, and a strong background in multi‑cloud, CI/CD, and observability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology leadership experience in engineering, platform, cloud, security, or large-scale systems.
• Experience leading global engineering organizations in executive roles.
• Deep cloud and platform engineering expertise across multi-cloud environments and modern tooling.
• Proven track record building high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems with strong resilience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for core technology and data platforms.
• Lead architecture for high-throughput, low-latency systems used by products and services.
• Drive enterprise initiatives such as AI, cloud-native architectures, and CI/CD tooling.
