Job summary

Genesys seeks an executive leader to define and enact the Core Platform Foundations strategy for Genesys Cloud. You will oversee access control, identity, administration, automation, integration, and platform operations at enterprise scale, shaping a secure and scalable foundation for customer deployments.

Lead a team of product managers, partner with Engineering, Security, UX, and GTM teams to drive adoption, governance, and measurable business outcomes across multi-region environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise software product management across SaaS, cloud platforms, or infrastructure products.
• 10+ years leading product managers or leaders within complex portfolios.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale platform capabilities with measurable impact.
• Strong technical depth across APIs, identity systems, cloud architecture, microservices, and platform operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Core Platform Foundations across access control, identity, administration, automation, and platform operations.
• Lead intelligent, AI-assisted platform experiences that help customers understand usage, anticipate constraints, and optimize consumption.
• Own platform capabilities including API usage visibility, platform limits, storage reporting, CI/CD workflows, self-service tooling, governance.
• Deliver secure, scalable, and intuitive platform experiences that simplify administration and support large-scale enterprise use cases.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, UX, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align strategy with outcomes.
• Engage with strategic customers and partners to validate needs, shape priorities, and drive adoption.
• Establish success metrics and KPIs for platform adoption, usability, reliability, governance, and impact.
• Drive governance models and reusable patterns across Genesys Cloud to improve velocity and experience.
• Build and scale a high-performing product management organization focused on customer outcomes and technical excellence.
