You will lead a global organization spanning Core Technology and Platform Engineering to ensure availability, security, and performance of critical systems across markets.

With 15+ years in technology leadership, you will drive AI adoption, cloud-native architectures, and modern developer tooling while mentoring top engineers

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology leadership in software, platform engineering, cloud, security or distributed systems.
• Experience leading global engineering organizations in executive roles.
• Experience in mission-critical, highly regulated environments, preferably financial services.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, multi-cloud, IaC, CI/CD, observability.
• Proven ability to design and operate high-throughput, low-latency systems with strong reliability.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for core technology and data platforms.
• Lead architecture for high-throughput, low-latency systems with high availability.
• Drive enterprise initiatives like AI, cloud-native architectures, IaC, CI/CD, observability.
• Establish engineering standards, governance, and platform best practices.
• Partner with risk and leadership to strengthen cyber and operational risk posture.
