Job summary

Circana is seeking a VP to lead compensation strategy, design, and architecture on a global scale, driving end-to-end job evaluation, leveling, and market-based pay structures across functions and geographies.

The role partners with Finance, Legal, and HR leaders to ensure scalable, equitable pay and ongoing governance, with a focus on workforce architecture, organizational design, and strategic compensation transformation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive compensation experience, including job architecture, evaluation, and governance.
• Experience designing enterprise-wide salary structures and market pricing.
• Experience with external compensation consulting and large-scale transformations.
• Strong ability to partner with Finance, Legal, and HR stakeholders to implement governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the global job architecture design, including job families, career streams, and leveling criteria.
• Lead the design and evolution of global salary structures and geographic pay strategies.
• Partner with external advisors to translate methodologies into scalable solutions.
• Drive governance, change management, and organizational adoption of compensation frameworks.
