Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive compensation experience in global/tech or financial services.
- Expertise in job architecture, market benchmarking, pay grades, frameworks.
- Advanced analytical skills with Excel and HRIS/compensation tools.
- Experience influencing senior leadership on compensation decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; detail-oriented.
- Consulting experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and maintenance of salary structures and bands globally.
- Manage job architecture, leveling, and evaluation processes.
- Monitor regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Own vendor relationships for market data surveys and tools.
- Provide actionable insights on pay trends, equity, and internal parity.
- Model compensation budgets and forecasting scenarios.
- Deliver clear reporting and analytics to inform executive decisions.
