Sharecare is a digital health company delivering software and services to improve care quality and outcomes. The Manager of Global Central Operations leads global partner engagement, drives operational excellence, and ensures adherence to SOPs across functions.

This role emphasizes planning, performance review, and collaboration with Sharecare departments to advance automation, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance in a remote, full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 5 years’ Medical Records experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year management experience or 2 years lead experience preferred.
• CRIS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Global partners’ leadership teams and global trainers to develop SMEs.
• Deliver feedback and provide direction to Global partners.
• Ensure accountability and support of Global partners in meeting SLAs.
• Communicate essential updates to internal initiatives, procedures, and policies.
• Support documentation buildout, updates, and organization.
• Coordinate workflows with onshore Central Operations to align with SOPs.
• Support change management initiatives and policy oversight for the Global team.
• Respond to escalated client/interdepartmental issues.
• Assist Directors to establish SLAs, production targets, OT parameters, and staffing.
