Job summary

CEQUENS is seeking a Carrier Relations Manager to build and nurture partnerships with Mobile Network Operators worldwide. You will be the primary liaison, resolving issues, driving monetization strategies, and expanding CPaaS offerings across markets.

You should have deep telecom experience, a strong network with operators, and a hunter mindset to win new partnerships while ensuring top-tier service and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in carrier relations.
• Master/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong sales skills and good connections with telecom operators.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with MNOs globally.
• Be the primary point of contact for MNOs, addressing needs and challenges.
• Lead end-to-end CPaaS partnership lifecycle from opportunity to onboarding.
• Develop monetization models, commercial frameworks and GTM plans with partners.
• Drive growth by identifying opportunities and expanding CEQUENS’ presence in markets.
