Job summary

Converge is seeking a Customer Success / Carrier Relationship Manager to own strategic carrier-partner relationships and ensure successful onboarding, engagement, and platform adoption. You will coordinate cross-functional onboarding and training, support analytics, and help drive growth across carrier relationships as Converge scales globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in insurance (preferably cyber, specialty, or commercial P&C).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience in customer success, program management, or carrier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic carrier-partner relationships for onboarding, engagement, platform adoption, and execution.
• Coordinate onboarding of carrier-partner teams across underwriting, actuarial, distribution, and operations.
• Lead training on Converge platform capabilities and workflows; create enablement materials and resources.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams on platform improvements and market needs.
