Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Claims Professional to administer the claims process across domestic, international, and contract logistics. The role focuses on pricing analytics, reserves, and collaboration with legal and insurance partners in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will review and document claims, prepare settlements, and generate detailed reports while coordinating with multi-functional teams to ensure timely closures and effective risk management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Risk Management or equivalent combination preferred.
• Two-year related experience.
• All Lines Adjuster License.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contracts and regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Excel and database analytics to assist in pricing and review claims for accuracy.
• Administer reserves as per applicable contract.
• Investigate claims and document files for settlement or declination.
• Prepare settlement authorizations and present for approval and follow-up with upper management and insurance company.
• Act as a liaison between the company and the insurance carrier on large occurrences.
• Develop and generate detailed management reports.
• Work with the finance department to align current reserves.
• Provide support to station management on claims handling issues.
