Qualifications

High School diploma or GED.
Minimum five years of office experience in a logistics/transportation environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop working relationships with internal and external customers, assisting with account management and service needs; address questions regarding shipments, billing, status, services, carriers, and other needs.
Interface with airlines, shipping, truck and related carriers to understand requirements and track shipments; operations range from standard to complex.
Manage documents for accuracy; update customer data in software systems; identify missing or potential issues and coordinate resolution.
