Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems is seeking a Manager, Candidate Experience to lead the coordination engine behind Crusoe’s Corporate, GTM & Manufacturing hiring. You will supervise Recruiting Coordinators and drive a high-velocity interview process across time zones.

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate bottlenecks, improve workflows, and maintain team SLA targets. Build capacity models and scale processes while ensuring compliant, personalized candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a leadership role managing team performance and metrics.
• 5+ years in the recruiting coordination or operations field at a high growth tech company.
• Strong familiarity with Ashby (or similar ATS).
• High operational rigor; thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Experience building and/or running interview training programs.
• Proficiency in additional recruiting and AI tools such as Coder Pad, Metaview, Glassdoor/Indeed.
• Knowledgeable about Candidate and Hiring Experience team surveys; interpreting results, NPS scores, etc.
• Workday HRIS experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate the coordination engine for Corp & MFG recruiting.
• Manage Recruiting Coordinators and review coordination and candidate surveys to influence roadmap.
• Oversee end-to-end interview scheduling across multi-panel loops and time zones.
• Maintain team SLA’s, calibrate workloads, and identify workflow improvements.
• Triage bottlenecks and troubleshoot complex scheduling challenges.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate bottlenecks and solve them.
• Scale the team by hiring IC Coordinators and onboarding them for success.
