Isomorphic Labs is seeking a Candidate Experience Coordinator to lead the end-to-end candidate journey, coordinating scheduling, interviews, and onboarding across multiple time zones. Responsibilities

• Own the candidate experience architecture and act as primary contact for candidates.
• Host onsite/virtual interview days and ensure a welcoming, prepared experience.
• Design candidate communications and manage empathetic early-stage rejections.
• Schedule complex, multi-time-zone interview loops with stakeholders.
• Be a data guardian for Greenhouse and maintain candidate statuses.
• Oversee onboarding operations and ensure data accuracy in hiring and onboarding.
• Analyze candidate survey data and drive improvements.
