You will shape a unified, audience-based global campaign strategy across General Contractors, Specialty Contractors, and Owners while driving an audience-influenced pipeline. The role partners with Product Marketing, Digital, Field Marketing, Brand, and MarTech to scale global impact and align local priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including integrated campaign strategy/operations.
• Proven track record of mentoring and developing senior teams.
• Experience building and scaling cross-functional operating models in complex enterprises.
• Fluency in full-funnel analytics, multi-touch attribution, ABM, and PLG signals.
• Experience establishing SLA handoffs, briefs, and governance with product marketing or sales.
• Growth-oriented with executive communication and proactive problem-solving.
• Enterprise SaaS or construction industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Global Campaign Strategists and Campaign Operations Managers.
• Own the global audience strategy and build priority-ranked campaign portfolios for quarterly CMO ratification.
• Drive audience-based influenced pipeline by managing stage priorities and customer journeys.
• Establish reliable handoffs with Product Marketing covering briefs, lead times, and content governance.
• Partner with Field Marketing and regional teams for localization and alignment with sales priorities.
• Collaborate with Analytics and MarTech to track asset efficacy and optimize performance.
• Oversee content tiering governance to keep core Tier 1 assets high-leverage.
• Champion AI-forward workflows and asset governance to accelerate operations.
