Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Director, Global Campaign Strategy & Operations to lead its Marketing operating model in Austin, TX or Carpinteria, CA. You will manage a team of Global Campaign Strategists and Campaign Operations Managers to create audience-based, full-funnel campaigns driving pipeline.

You'll partner with Product Marketing, Digital, Field Marketing, Brand, and MarTech to scale global impact, align regional execution, and optimize asset governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including integrated campaign strategy and operations.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop teams of senior contributors and managers.
• Experience building scalable cross-functional operating models in complex enterprises.
• Strong full-funnel analytics, ABM, and PLG signals expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Global Campaign Strategists and Campaign Operations Managers.
• Own the global audience strategy and build priority-ranked campaign portfolios for quarterly review.
• Drive audience-based pipeline by managing stage priorities, journeys, and multi-channel asset maps.
• Establish reliable handoffs with Product Marketing covering briefs, lead times, and governance.
• Partner with Field Marketing and regional teams for localization and alignment with sales.
• Collaborate with Analytics and MarTech to track asset efficacy and optimize outcomes.
• Oversee content tiering governance to keep core assets high-leverage.
• Champion AI-forward workflows and asset governance.
