Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead engagements across finance, HR, IT, procurement and supply chain. You will guide executive-level stakeholders, develop talent, and shape go-to-market strategies while driving GBS transformation and performance improvement for multinational clients.

The role emphasizes cross-functional service management, automation and AI-enabled operations, and sector-focused delivery across consumer, industrial, technology, health & life sciences,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
• Approximately 8 years of advisory services experience in the finance function, including finance operating model design, performance management, shared services design/implementations, outsourcing advisory.
• Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation and ERP implementations preferred.
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements with boardroom-level stakeholders and drive sales and practice development.
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects across multiple areas such as strategy, operating model, and cross-functional design.
• Guide cross-functional teams and shape governance, service catalogs, and organizational structures.
• Drive multi-process transformations with automation, analytics, and AI-enabled features; manage global delivery networks.
• Mentor teams, contribute to proposals, pursuits, and market-facing initiatives.
