- Experience in finance transformation, shared services design, or outsourcing.
- Proven ability to manage large engagements and develop business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies in GBS strategy and operating models.
- Guide cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to deliver transformation programs.
- Develop sector-specific GBS offerings and contribute to proposals and market initiatives.
- Mentor team members and contribute to capability development.
