Qualifications

• 12+ years of business development experience with a track record of driving growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in writing proposals and winning contracts.
• Strong understanding of domestic and international customer requirements and USG processes.
• Experience with CRM tools and formal new business gate processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end business development and proposal processes.
• Identify and create new business opportunities within and outside the Continental U.S.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels.
• Develop and implement capture strategies for new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to assess opportunity value and size.
• Collaborate with TMS leadership and engineering to align technology needs and funding.
• Establish partnerships to pursue opportunities and enhance product offerings.
• Support marketing collateral development with the marketing team.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 33%.
