Job summary

Allied World is seeking a strategic leader to drive global broker engagement across lines and regions. You will partner with international distribution networks to expand brand presence, grow revenue and optimize market penetration while navigating diverse regulatory environments.

In this role you will shape multi-regional strategies, mentor regional teams, and align product offerings with client needs, travel internationally up to 40–50% to build relationships and capture new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of underwriting and/or business development experience.
• Experience in international markets and multi-regional initiatives.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage global broker engagement strategies across regions and lines.
• Lead liaison between Allied World and international distribution networks.
• Coordinate regional inputs to ensure consistent approaches while adapting to local markets.
• Analyze global broker relationships to improve market penetration and growth.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes and competitive dynamics globally.
