Job summary

AXA XL in the United States seeks a Wholesale Distribution Zone Leader to develop zonal strategies, deepen broker and MGA partnerships, and drive growth across business units. You will lead strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure market access and achievement of company plans.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience with broker management and distribution, preferably in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute zonal distribution strategies, plans and goals aligned with company financial goals.
• Maintain deep understanding of company products to engage broker and MGA portfolios aligned with offerings.
• Leverage broker and MGA relationships to influence access and promote engagement needed to achieve plans.
• Stay updated on competitor activities and share insights with leadership and underwriting teams.
