Job summary

Allied World is seeking a distribution-focused professional to manage all product-line distribution in the Northwest Region. You will build broad product knowledge and articulate differentiators to key distributors, brokers, and internal teams.

Working with the Northwest Regional Executive, you will develop strategic plans, target accounts, and optimize broker performance to drive growth and market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• A minimum of 5-8 years of underwriting and/or business development experience.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to function independently.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing and sales/marketing skills, plus strong written & verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and leverage a broad network of distribution relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage all elements of distribution management for the Northwest Region across all product lines.
• Develop and communicate product differentiation and market insights to distributors and internal partners.
• Collaborate with the Northwest Regional Executive to create regional BE needs, target accounts and execute business development plans.
• Oversee broker performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement broker-specific growth plans.
• Coordinate producer agreements, resolve distribution conflicts and track BE metrics with robust reporting.
