Responsibilities

• Handle all orders from order placement to delivery to the client.
• Place and follow up on sample orders and client requests under Sales Consultant guidance.
• Assist Sales Consultants and provide backup client contact when unavailable.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure websites, service, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage inventory levels and trigger reorders with sales input.
