Job summary

This role leads strategic marketing initiatives, building an integrated platform plan across brand, portfolio, media, shopper, and partnerships. You’ll own annual and long-range platform planning with investments, returns, and resource decisions.

The role requires 10+ years in marketing/brand strategy, strong P&L skills, and the ability to drive alignment across senior stakeholders through concise, data-driven storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, shopper marketing, commercial strategy, or related discipline.
• Strong P&L, forecasting, business cases, ROI and multi-year planning.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of consumer behavior and category economics to identify growth opportunities.
• Create an integrated platform plan linking brand, portfolio, media, shopper, and partnerships.
• Own annual and long-range planning for the platform with financials and resources.
• Lead senior stakeholder alignment with concise, fact-based recommendations.
• Ensure high-quality in-market execution, clear ownership, and accountability for results.
• Build a learning agenda and measurement plan connecting media, retailer performance, and ROI.
• Scan for shifts in consumer behavior, regulation, and competition; translate into action.
