Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Wellness OU Brand Development Lead in Richmond, VA (Hybrid—3 days onsite per week) to drive growth opportunities by connecting local market needs with global R&D capabilities. You will scale innovation platforms, deploy assets across markets, and accelerate geo-expansion and CBEC opportunities.

The role acts as the primary bridge between Operating Units and Global R&D, ensuring local flexibility with global capabilities to maximize enterprise value creation.

Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy & Portfolio Leadership: Define and execute the technical growth strategy for OU and regional brands aligned with Wellness category priorities.
• Globalization, Scale & Asset Deployment: Deploy global innovation platforms, technologies, claims and evidence into local and regional brands.
• CBEC & Market Expansion: Enable premium innovation growth through Cross-Border E-Commerce (CBEC) and expand into new markets.
• Enterprise Leadership & Integration: Serve as the primary R&D interface between OUs and Global R&D; align stakeholders around growth priorities.
• Innovation Platform Leadership: Maximize value from existing technologies and establish scalable solutions across brands and markets.
• People & Organizational Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team and foster cross-functional collaboration.
