Haleon plc. seeks an Innovation Insights Lead to shape the growth agenda for Wellness across vitamins, minerals & supplements and digestive health.

You will partner with Innovation, Marketing, R&D and Commercial teams to drive learning, AI-enabled insights, and agile experimentation to increase forecast confidence and win in market. The role is hybrid in Berkeley Heights, NJ, offering a salary of $148,648–$204,390 plus an 18% target bonus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10+ years in innovation insights, consumer strategy, innovation consulting, foresight or growth strategy in CPG/healthcare/wellness.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the Innovation Growth Agenda by informing long‑term strategies and roadmaps.
• Build frameworks and guardrails to guide portfolio investment decisions.
• Lead an end‑to‑end innovation learning ecosystem with testing frameworks and stage gates.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations to influence business decisions.
