TikTok seeks a Program Manager - Global Brand & Communications PMO in New York to drive cross-functional projects and streamline operations across brand, communications, marketing and CSR. You’ll partner with leaders across multiple functions and regions to translate global agendas into actionable workflows and calendars.

The role emphasizes strategic project management, process improvement, and strong execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with global impact.

Competenze

• Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Background in Communications, Marketing, project management or operations.
• Strong execution skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization preferred.

• Lead project management of key programs and facilitate communication across teams and executives.
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions across Brand and Communications.
• Coordinate and manage special department projects with timely execution.
• Support strategic initiatives with Global Brand & Communications partners.
• Streamline workflows to enable scale and efficiency.
• Organize team and department meetings as needed.
• Provide project support across Finance, Procurement, Legal as required.
• Collaborate with the broader PMO on campaigns and resources, and share knowledge.
