Job summary

Asana seeks a Sr Global Billings Lead to oversee our global billing and order management, partnering with GTM and systems teams to enable rapid growth. The role guides end-to-end billing, including complex contractual terms, usage, pricing, and invoicing across enterprise accounts.

You will drive system changes, UAT for billing releases, and ensure SOX controls while managing a global team, including offshore vendors.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in billings and order management across global teams.
• Experience with consumption-based billing models and metered usage.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS billing and complex contracts.
• Strong collaboration with GTM, product, and finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Deal Desk and Sales to structure complex billing and enterprise quotes.
• Scale quote-to-order processes with cross-functional teams.
• Lead SKU and system launches for billing readiness of new offerings.
• Own billing for strategic accounts, including terms, usage, pricing, and invoicing.
