Insight Global's partnering with a growing organization seeking a Billing leader who can oversee day-to-day invoicing operations, mentor offshore team members, and drive process improvements across a project-based services environment. The role combines hands-on billing ownership with leadership of billing resources supporting a high-volume, project-based services environment. Experience with contract billing structures such as Fixed Fee, T&M, and Cost Plus would be especially valuable. This would be a 6 month contract to hire. This role would report to work in office Monday-Thursday, and work from home/remote on Friday.

The ideal fit for this role/team would be a functional Billing Manager who can participate in the billing lifecycle and manage resources for a growing team (2-3 headcount).

Target Experience:

• Experience in billing, invoicing, or revenue operations within a professional services or service-based organization
• Previous experience managing, Supervising, or leading billing team members
• Experience processing and overseeing high-volume invoicing environments (1,000+ invoices/month)
• Strong understanding of contract billing structures, including: Fixed Fee, Time & Materials (T&M)
• Experience identifying process improvements and managing billing workflows in a largely manual environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across accounting, finance, and operational teams

This target Salary is $120,000-130,000/yr.
