Five9 is seeking a Senior Manager for Global Benefits & Well-Being to lead the design, delivery, and governance of worldwide benefits programs. You will partner with regional HR teams, manage vendors, and drive a high-quality experience for employees and candidates across geographies.

You will oversee budgeting, cost modeling, and benchmarking, influence senior leaders, and ensure compliance with regional laws while scaling processes for growth. This is a fully remote role with global scope.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of global benefits management experience in complex, matrixed organizations
• Strong knowledge of local legislation, compliance, and cultural considerations
• Proven expertise in program execution, vendor management, cost analysis, and budgeting
• Deep understanding of how global organizations operate and support local benefits
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with senior leaders

Aufgaben

• Lead the implementation of global benefits and well-being programs aligned with Total Rewards strategy
• Directly manage, coach, and develop the Global Benefits team with end-to-end ownership
• Monitor market trends, analyze data, and inform annual benefits reviews by country
• Coordinate with regional HR teams to align program administration and delivery
• Develop clear communication materials for employees and candidates
• Manage relationships with brokers, vendors, and consultants and support evaluations
• Contribute to annual benefits reviews with market data and leadership recommendations
• Ensure program compliance with regional laws and regulations
