Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Director of Global Benefits to architect health, wellness, and retirement programs worldwide. Reporting to the Senior Director of Total Rewards, you will define our benefits philosophy and partner with regional leaders to deliver competitive, compliant programs.

You'll design a multi-year global roadmap, manage a top-tier benefits team, and oversee budget negotiations with brokers and carriers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Total Rewards/Benefits with at least 5 years in a global leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of global benefit regulations and Workday or similar HCM systems.
• Ability to influence without authority and partner across Finance, Legal, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a multi-year global benefits roadmap.
• Partner with regional HR and Executive stakeholders using data-driven insights.
• Lead and mentor a team, including a benefits manager and benefits analyst.
• Direct the global benefits budget and negotiate with brokers/carriers.
• Drive modernization of our benefits tech stack and wellness offerings.
