Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Director of Global Benefits to architect health, wellness, and retirement programs worldwide. Reporting to the Senior Director of Total Rewards, you will define our benefits philosophy and ensure programs reflect employee wellbeing.

You will design a global roadmap, partner with regional leaders, lead a high-performing team, direct budgets, and modernize our benefits tech stack for a diverse workforce. Salary $154,000–$250,000 plus bonus and RSUs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Total Rewards/Benefits with global leadership.
• Experience in a global, public SaaS company.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
• Strong ability to influence without authority and build partnerships across Finance, Legal, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a multi-year global benefits roadmap.
• Partner with regional HR leaders and Executives with data-driven insights on benefit trends and cost-mitigation.
• Lead and develop a high-performing benefits team.
• Direct the global benefits budget and negotiate with brokers/carriers.
• Drive modernization of benefits tech stack (Workday) and wellness offerings.
