Mixpanel seeks a Global Benefits Manager to design, deliver, and govern multi-country benefits programs. You will lead cross-functional initiatives across HR, Finance, Legal, and regional teams, including country launches and plan redesigns, while aligning with a single benefits philosophy.

This role requires independent decision-making and a track record of driving complex projects. You will manage vendor relationships globally, oversee compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, GDPR), and translate

Qualifications

• Led complex, ambiguous, cross-functional projects independently, with concrete examples.
• Working understanding of benefits and compliance frameworks (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Experience managing vendors, brokers, or carriers, including renewals and service commitments.
• Ability to turn cost/utilization data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and ongoing improvement of health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs across multiple countries while maintaining a consistent philosophy.
• Scope and lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives (country expansions, M&A integrations, plan redesigns) by defining problems and engaging stakeholders.
• Own vendor and broker relationships globally, including renewal negotiations and accountability for cost/service.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor changes (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
• Analyze program cost and utilization data to inform budgeting and leadership decisions.
• Create benefits education and self-service resources to simplify complex programs for employees.
• Apply AI and new tools to speed up reporting and employee support.
