Job summary

Rippling seeks a Global Benefits Manager to own the benefits lifecycle for multiple countries within its global program. You will design, launch, and optimize health, retirement, and related coverages while managing vendors and pricing.

This cross-functional role partners with Product, Engineering, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Implementation, Support, and Sales to ensure scalable, compliant benefits inside the Rippling platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in global benefits or in-house HR.
• Deep knowledge of international health, retirement, and workers’ comp programs.
• Ability to own complex programs from strategy to execution.
• Strong PM skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Professionalism and discretion with sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end benefits lifecycle for assigned countries including strategy and launches.
• Lead market research to define competitive, compliant offerings.
• Manage broker and carrier relationships, onboarding, negotiations, and billing.
• Own renewal process with pricing reviews and plan changes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design system support for new markets.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, and Operations on enrollment and taxation.
• Educate internal teams on country benefits landscapes and program details.
• Identify risks and areas for process improvement and scale.
