Job summary

Mixpanel’s Global Benefits Manager will design, deliver, and govern benefits programs across many countries. The role requires independent leadership of ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives, including country launches and plan redesigns, with strong focus on compliance and cost management.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and regional teams to balance local requirements with a single global philosophy, using data to drive decisions and AI tools to accelerate work.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, ambiguous projects independently.
• Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, GDPR or international equivalents.
• Experience negotiating vendor renewals and managing service commitments.
• Ability to translate cost/utilization data into actionable recommendations.
• Comfort with AI tools to speed up reporting and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and ongoing improvement of global health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs.
• Scope cross-functional initiatives like country expansions and plan redesigns.
• Own vendor/broker relationships globally, renewals and performance.
• Ensure compliance and monitor regulatory changes across regions.
• Analyze program cost and utilization; inform annual budgeting.
• Develop benefits education and self-service resources for employees.
