Mixpanel is seeking a Global Benefits Manager to own how we design, deliver, and govern benefits across every country we operate in. You’ll independently lead cross‑functional initiatives, manage vendor relationships worldwide, and ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, GDPR and international equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and ongoing improvement of health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs across multiple countries, balancing local requirements with one consistent philosophy.
• Scope and lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives, such as country expansions, M&A integrations, and plan redesigns, by defining the problem, identifying the right stakeholders, and choosing an approach without a fully written brief.
• Own vendor and broker relationships globally, including renewal negotiations, and hold partners accountable to cost and service commitments.
• Serve as Mixpanel's go-to resource on benefits compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, GDPR, and international equivalents), monitoring regulatory change and assessing its impact.
• Analyze program cost and utilization data to find savings and inform annual budgeting, then turn findings into clear recommendations for leadership.
• Build benefits education and self-service resources that make complex programs easy for employees to understand and use.
• Apply AI and other new tools where they meaningfully speed up reporting, analysis, or employee support, and share what works with the wider People team.
