Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking a Global Benefits Manager to own benefits programs across countries, govern design and delivery, and lead cross-functional initiatives. You will manage vendor relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cost optimization while leveraging AI tools to improve reporting and employee support.

This role sits in a fast-changing, multi-country environment and requires independent decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, cross-functional HR initiatives.
• Understanding of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA and GDPR.
• Vendor/broker management including renewals.
• Ability to translate cost/utilization data into actionable recommendations.
• Willingness to adopt AI/tools to speed up work and share learnings.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and ongoing improvement of health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs across multiple countries.
• Scope and lead ambiguous cross-functional initiatives (country expansions, M&A integrations, plan redesigns).
• Own vendor and broker relationships globally, including renewals and SLAs.
• Serve as the go-to resource on benefits compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Analyze program cost and utilization data to inform budgeting and leadership recommendations.
• Build benefits education and self-service resources for employees.
