J.S. Held LLC, a global consulting firm, seeks a Global Benefits Senior Manager to shape employee benefits across regions. You will design, communicate, and administer programs that attract and retain a diverse workforce, collaborating with HR, legal, finance, and payroll.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in global benefits, strong regulatory knowledge (ACA, GDPR), and experience with mergers, expatriate benefits, and benefits platforms. This role supports international programs.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years in benefits management in a global context.
• Strong knowledge of benefits regulations, compliance, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and customer-focused.

• Develop and execute a global benefits strategy aligned with company goals and values.
• Oversee health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
• Lead benefits due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
