Job summary

KBR is seeking a Global Benefits Director to lead the strategy, design, governance, and delivery of global benefits programs across a complex, multi-country environment. You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, HRIS, Global Mobility, and others to deliver scalable and competitive solutions.

The role demands strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a focus on cost effectiveness while driving continuous improvement and employee experience across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in benefits or Total Rewards.
• Minimum 5+ years of people leadership experience, including global/regional teams.
• Experience with global benefits design, strategy, and delivery across health, welfare, retirement, and well-being.
