Job summary

NSF is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Benefits to lead strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of NSF's global benefits programs. This role partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to deliver market-competitive programs that support employees while ensuring regulatory compliance and financial sustainability.

This leadership role requires designing programs across countries, managing budgets, driving cost containment, and building a high-performing global benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive benefits experience, including global responsibilities
• Experience designing, administering, and improving benefits across multiple countries
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience managing external vendors, consultants, and broker relationships
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and management of benefits programs across countries/regions
• Ensure programs remain competitive through benchmarking and market analysis
• Partner with HR leaders to address country-specific requirements
• Serve as SME on global benefits regulations and compliance (ERISA, ACA, GDPR)
• Develop and manage global benefits budget and forecasts
• Drive cost-containment strategies while maintaining competitive offerings
• Manage relationships with brokers, consultants, and third-party admins
• Lead renewal processes, negotiations, and plan optimization
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Payroll, and Finance for program administration
• Build and develop a high-performing global benefits team
