Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Senior Global Benefits Specialist to lead domestic and international employee benefits programs, including healthcare, retirement, leaves, disability, and life insurance. You will coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors, and drive compliance and cost-management initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in benefits management, strong HRIS and benefits software knowledge, and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
Minimum 5 years in benefits management.
Proficient in HRIS and benefits software.
Strong understanding of benefits regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Key liaison for field HR, HR BPs, Finance, Legal, and Procurement, and external vendors.
Evaluates vendor performance and service delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and service standards.
Supports complex case management, creates knowledge articles, delivers financial reports, supports compliance audits and filings.
Analyzes existing benefits programs for competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with industry trends.
Ensures all benefits programs comply with federal, state and local regulations.
Supports annual benefits audits and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Manages benefits-related communication and training to employees, ensuring clear understanding of options and enrollment processes.
Develops communications to educate employees about their benefits options and encourage engagement.
