Job summary

Ascension is seeking a senior Benefits leader to partner with the VP of Benefits in designing a unified, multi-year strategy across retirement, health, and wellness initiatives. You will serve as the primary liaison to IT, Finance, HR Operations, Legal and Payroll, delivering value-driven communications for open enrollment and life events.

• Bachelor-level or higher preferred with leadership experience.
• Experience designing benefits programs and communicating complex information to diverse audiences.
