Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Field HR Consultant to partner with leaders across North and Latin America on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. You will interpret policies, guide investigations, and drive change initiatives to align people solutions with business goals.

Five-plus years in HR roles across multiple countries, strong employment-law knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or Field HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR consultation and support to leaders across the Americas region.
• Lead complex employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution efforts.
• Advise leaders on performance management, employee development, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies across countries in the region.
• Support organizational changes, restructures, workforce actions, and business transformation initiatives.
• Guide talent management, employee engagement, retention, and change management.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Benefits, HRIS, and Learning.
