Job summary

NCR Voyix seeks a Senior Global Benefits Specialist to manage domestic and international employee benefits programs, including healthcare, retirement, leaves, and life insurance, with oversight of enrollment and compliance. Candidates need 5+ years in benefits management, strong HRIS knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of benefits management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and benefits administration software.
• Deep understanding of benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Key liaison for field HR, HR BPs, Finance, Legal, and Procurement, and external vendors.
• Evaluates vendor performance and service delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and service standards.
• Supports complex case management, creates Knowledge Articles, delivers financial reports, supports compliance audits and filings.
• Analyzes existing benefits programs for competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with industry trends.
• Ensures all benefits programs comply with federal, state and local regulations.
• Supports annual benefits audits and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manages benefits-related communication and training to employees, ensuring clear understanding of options and enrollment processes.
• Develop comprehensive communications to educate employees about their benefits options and encourage engagement.
