Job summary

Worldpay in the United States is seeking a Benefits Manager to own and execute the national benefits strategy across wellness, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, and leaves. You will coordinate with recordkeepers, TPAs, auditors, legal counsel, payroll, and HRIS teams to ensure seamless operations and governance.

You will develop clear comms for wellbeing initiatives, coach direct reports, and drive cost-effective, high-value programs while partnering with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or HR or equivalent experience.
• Strong influencing and partnering abilities with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication across levels and vendors.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or integrations.
• Solid working knowledge of Workday.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and execution of national benefits strategy and operations.
• Coordinate with recordkeepers, TPAs, auditors, legal, payroll and HRIS teams.
• Manage plan documents, amendments, SPDs, and processes.
• Develop and execute communication strategies for wellbeing initiatives.
• Manage and coach direct reports.
