Job summary

Rippling’s Product Specialist leadership role focuses on managing a 5-7 person Ben Admin team, overseeing US and global benefits programs, and driving adoption of complex BenAdmin, Flex, and COBRA/ACA products. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and scale processes while maintaining high standards.

Ideal candidates bring proven SaaS implementation expertise, strong leadership, and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing SaaS products.
• 5+ years of experience with Benefits Administration.
• 3+ years of people and team management experience.
• Strong prioritization and time management in multi-faceted roles.
• Self-starter with action bias in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, hire, and lead a global team of Ben Admin product specialists.
• Drive an implementation team to meet metrics: productivity, project completions, exit gates, CSAT.
• Design and revise documentation to set the team up for success.
• Streamline Direct and Broker BenAdmin implementation experiences.
• Work cross-functionally with product and sales to build qualification processes.
• Support Global BenAdmin product launches with education content and playbooks.
• Be the CX voice for Benefits and contribute to product development.
• Coordinate with insurance ops, product, and engineering to fix bugs and launch features.
• Serve as a connector between engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.
