Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Global Benefits Manager to own a region of countries within its international benefits program. You will design, launch, manage, and continuously optimize benefits, working with brokers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure compliant and scalable offerings in the Rippling platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in global benefits or similar function within a fast-paced organization.
• Deep knowledge of international benefits landscapes (health, ancillary, workers' compensation, retirement).
• Proven ability to independently own complex workstreams from strategy through execution.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and take action with limited guidance.
• High ownership, accountability, and persistence in driving work to completion.
• Professionalism, integrity, and discretion handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end benefits lifecycle for assigned countries, including strategy, design, launches, renewals, pricing and vendor management.
• Lead market research to define competitive, compliant, and cost-effective benefit offerings.
• Manage broker and carrier relationships, onboarding, contract negotiation, KYC, billing setup, and performance management.
• Own renewal processes for assigned countries, including timing, pricing reviews, and approvals.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on system design and country launches in Rippling platform.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, and Operations to ensure enrollment, billing, payments, and taxation are accurate.
• Educate internal teams on country-specific benefits landscapes and program details.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities; take proactive follow-up actions.
• Build and improve processes, documentation, and tooling to support scale.
