Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Product Specialist leader to manage a global team delivering Ben Admin solutions, Flex, and COBRA/ACA implementations. You will partner with product, GTM, and engineering to drive adoption, accuracy, and customer value across US and global benefits initiatives.

The role emphasizes leadership, process design, and scaling a high-performing team in a fast-paced SaaS environment with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing SaaS products.
• 5+ years of experience with Benefits Administration (Implementation experience highly preferred).
• 3+ years of people and team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, hire, and lead a global team of Ben Admin product specialists.
• Drive an implementation team to meet metrics: productivity, project completions, exit gates, and CSAT.
• Design and revise documentation to set the team up for success.
• Streamline Direct and Broker BenAdmin implementation experience.
• Work cross-functionally with product and sales to build qualification processes for BenAdmin.
• Support Global BenAdmin product launches with customer education content and playbooks.
