Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Product Specialist to lead a global team of Ben Admin product specialists, driving engagement and adoption of Benefits solutions including BenAdmin, Flex, and COBRA/ACA. The role requires scaling teams, establishing processes, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to improve product and processes.

The candidate will oversee implementation projects, create documentation, and support product launches while maintaining high standards and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing SaaS products.
• 5+ years of experience with Benefits Administration (Implementation experience highly preferred).
• 3+ years of people and team management experience; strong prioritization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, hire, and lead a global team of Ben Admin product specialists.
• Drive an implementation team to meet metrics: productivity, project completions, exit gates, and CSAT.
• Design and revise documentation to set the team up for success.
• Streamline Direct and Broker BenAdmin implementation experience.
• Collaborate with product and sales to build qualification processes for BenAdmin.
• Support Global BenAdmin product launches (education content and playbooks, trainings).
• Be the voice of CX for Benefits (US and Global) and contribute to product development.
• Coordinate with insurance ops, product, and engineering to fix bugs and launch features.
