Job summary

Solomon Page is seeking a Global Benefits Lead for a client in Miami Beach, Florida, to provide strategic oversight of employee benefit programs across two affiliated companies and multiple countries.

You will serve as the primary internal benefits expert, manage both strategic and day-to-day activities, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align and optimize plans while considering legal and local market nuances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least seven years of progressively responsible employee benefits experience.
• Experience managing benefits across multiple countries or regions is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple affiliated companies or distinct employee populations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a global benefits strategy across two affiliated companies.
• Administer health, welfare, retirement, and other benefit programs and align across locations.
• Manage vendor and broker relationships, renewals, and service reviews.
• Monitor budgets, utilization, and financial impact of benefit programs.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other regulations.
