Reporting to the SVP, you will design, budget, negotiate with providers, and drive global benefits policy while ensuring compliance and exceptional talent outcomes. This role anchors employee value and mobility across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive Benefits experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience managing benefits programs across diverse international regions.
• Demonstrated vendor negotiation and management skills.
• Proven ability to think strategically and align benefits programs with business goals.
• Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design a global benefits strategy balancing standards with local needs across 83+ markets.
• Lead annual benefits budget planning, cost monitoring, and vendor negotiations.
• Oversee RFP processes and vendor performance against SLAs.
• Ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and program administration globally.
• Communicate benefits programs and educate employees across regions.
• Coach and develop a diverse global benefits team and drive cross-functional alignment.
