Job summary

DataDirect Networks is seeking a Head of Global Benefits to architect and lead our worldwide benefits strategy. You will manage health, retirement, leave, insurance, and wellbeing programs across our global population, ensuring cost effectiveness and compliance while upholding our core philosophy of employee experience and simplicity.

You’ll oversee renewals, enrollments, and partnerships with brokers and carriers, working closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and regional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading benefits in a global, multi-country organization.
• 2+ years managing small, global teams responsible for multi-country benefit execution.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. benefits and meaningful international program design/management experience.
• Experience with multiple entities, EORs, and diverse local employment structures.
• Strong governance, compliance, renewals, plan design, and vendor/broker management knowledge.
• Ability to evaluate benefits through employee experience and financial lens.
• Comfortable moving between strategy and execution; hands-on when needed.
• Strong analytical skills to turn messy data into clear recommendations.
• Excellent cross-functional judgment to work with Finance, Legal, Payroll, HRBPs, and senior leaders.
• Low-ego approach; balance global consistency with local nuance.

Responsibilities

• Build our global benefits strategy and framework for global consistency while reflecting local markets.
• Lead design, implementation, renewals, and ongoing management of health, retirement, leave, insurance, and wellbeing programs.
• Oversee annual renewals, vendor changes, and enrollment processes with cost-conscious strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local requirements and alignment with broader benefits philosophy.
• Navigate multi-country execution across entities and EOR populations; simplify processes.
• Partner with HR leaders, Finance, Legal, and regional teams to steer the benefits roadmap.
• Drive improvements in benefits workflows, data systems, and communications.
• Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and benefit vendors; monitor spend and outcomes.
